Kalamazoo College's Jordan Doyle was recognized with the MIAA Academic Elite Award on Friday, July 31, 2026. Doyle also received the honor in 2025, the inaugural year of the award.
The MIAA Academic Elite Award recognizes the student-athlete(s) in each sport who have:
- The highest cumulative GPA
- At least two years of varsity participation
- Junior or senior academic standing
A senior from Troy, Michigan (Troy Athens), Doyle completed her fourth season with the Hornets' women's lacrosse team this spring. She led the team with 37 assists, the second-highest single-season total in school history. Doyle finished her career with 85 assists, also the second-most in program history. She is tied for second in school history with 65 career games played and ranks eighth with 130 career points.
Doyle maintained a 4.0 cumulative GPA while earning MIAA Academic Honor Roll recognition in all four seasons. She was also a two-time CSC Academic All-District selection and a two-time IWLCA Academic Honor Roll honoree.
