Kalamazoo College men's basketball guard Jackson Keefer was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team, announced on Tuesday, March 24.

To earn the distinction of CSC Academic All-District honors, the student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and appear in at least 90% of the team's games or start 66% of the team's games.

A sophomore from Ann Arbor, Mich. (Huron), Keefer played in all 25 games this season for the Hornets, starting one. He averaged 5.2 points and 2.7 rebounds per game, finishing third on the team with 28 three-point baskets on the year.

The Hornets finished the season 3-22 overall and 0-14 in MIAA play.
