The 2025 Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse team and seven student-athletes have been recognized with academic honors by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).

The Hornets were named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2024–25 academic year after posting a 3.59 team GPA. Programs must earn a team GPA of 3.20 or higher to qualify. This marks the eighth consecutive season — and 10th overall — that Kalamazoo has received this honor (excluding 2019–20 due to COVID-19).

In addition to the team award, seven student-athletes were named to the 2025 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll: Abbie Caza, Jordan Doyle, Jordan Flink, Lily Grelak, Sophie Hartl, Natalie Maki, and Ella Spooner. To be eligible, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.
