Kalamazoo College's
Ella Spooner and
Tessa Fuller received All-MIAA honors, as announced by the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association on Tuesday, April 29
th.
Spooner, a junior midfielder from Holland, Mich. (West Ottawa), earned First-Team All-MIAA honors after leading Kalamazoo College with 49 goals this season.
Spooner wrapped up the 2025 season with 60 points, 49 goals, 35 draw controls, 13 ground balls, and 11 assists. She ranks fourth in the MIAA in goals per game (3.20) and shots per game (6.73), while placing eighth in points per game (3.80).
Over her career, Spooner has tallied 193 points, 162 goals, 150 draw controls, 52 ground balls, 41 caused turnovers, and 31 assists. She ranks third in program history in both points and goals, and fourth in draw controls.
Additionally, Spooner was named MIAA Specialist Player of the Week (4/21) this season.
Fuller, a sophomore attacker from Spring Lake, Mich. (Spring Lake), was named Second-Team All-MIAA after leading the Hornets in assists and points this season.
She finished the season with 65 points, 38 goals, 27 assists, and 16 ground balls. Fuller ranked sixth in the MIAA in both assists per game (1.63) and points per game (3.88).
In her career, Fuller has recorded 142 points, 74 goals, 68 assists, and 38 ground balls, and she currently holds Kalamazoo College's career record for assists.
Additionally, Fuller was named MIAA Offensive Player of the Week (4/21) earlier this season.
The Hornets finished the 2025 season with a 4-13 overall record and 3-4 mark in MIAA Conference play.
