Brody Plumstead was selected as the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Men's Hornet of the Week on Tuesday.

A sophomore midfielder from Traverse City, Mich. (Traverse City West), Plumstead scored three goals across two matches last week for Kalamazoo men's soccer.

First, Plumstead recorded the first multi-goal game of his collegiate career, scoring both goals in a 2-0 victory over Oberlin College on Saturday. On Sunday against a ranked University of Chicago team, he scored on a penalty kick.

Plumstead currently leads the Hornets in goals (3) and points (6) on the season.

Kalamazoo men's soccer faces off against North Park University Wednesday at 7 p.m. at MacKenzie Field.
