Kalamazoo College midfielder Kennedy Hynde was named MIAA Women's Lacrosse Specialist of the Week on Monday (March 23).
A junior from North Muskegon, Mich. (Reeths-Puffer), Hynde earned 17 draw controls with two ground balls, one goal, one assist and one ground ball in two games last week.
Hynde started off strong on the team's spring break trip in Washington, posting a career-high 10 draw controls at Whitworth on Thursday along with an assist. She then picked up seven more draw controls on Saturday at Whitman, adding a goal.
The honor is the third MIAA weekly award for Hynde this season (2/23/26, 3/2/26), and her second Specialist of the Week honor.
Kalamazoo women's lacrosse continues play out west at Pacific Lutheran University Wednesday at 4 p.m. (1 p.m. PT) in Tacoma, Wash.
