TUCSON, Ariz. - The Kalamazoo College baseball team lost 12-7 to Gustavus Adolphus on Monday.

The Hornets trailed 10-0 after four innings before scoring four runs in the fifth. Kalamazoo added three in the eighth but came up short in the comeback attempt.

Kalamazoo was outhit 13-8 in the game.

Doug Propson was 3-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored.

Lukas Bolton had a triple.

The two teams meet up again for a doubleheader on Tuesday.
