Kalamazoo College's Carson Deines was selected as the MIAA Defensive Football Player of the Week on Monday, Nov. 18^th.

A senior from Grand Rapids, Mich. (Forest Hills Central), Deines recorded 12 tackles including a team-best of six solo stops against Trine on Saturday, Nov. 16^th.

On the season, Deines has 83 total tackles (38 solo), three tackles for loss and one sack.

The Kalamazoo College football team ended the season 4-6.
