MONTGOMERY, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College men's lacrosse team lost 17-9 at Aurora University on Saturday.

The score was tied 3-3 after the first, but Aurora held a 9-5 lead at halftime. The host Spartans extended the lead in the third and fourth quarters.

Aurora outshot Kalamazoo 50-30, including 31-19 on goal.

Eli Routt led the Hornets with four goals. Logan Gillis scored twice.

Dylan McGorisk scored a goal with three assists. Jack Jesko added a goal and an assist.
