TUCSON, Ariz. - The Kalamazoo College baseball team won 6-5 in walk-off fashion over Augsburg University Friday afternoon. The Hornets trailed 5-1 after three innings, and 5-3 going into the bottom of the ninth. After a pair of singles and a walk, Kalamazoo scored on a fielders choice before tying the game on a wild pitch. Spencer Baldwin then delivered a double to left field, scoring Doug Propson for the win.

Kalamazoo put together nine hits in the game compared to 10 by Augsburg. 

Cooper Mills was 3-for-3 in the game. Max Gordon and Spencer Baldwin each had two hits.

Propson, Baldwin and Gordon each drove in a run.

Thomas Sylvester struck out six in seven innings of work. Brenden Oprinski earned the win, striking out three while allowing just one hit and no runs in the final two innings.
