Kalamazoo College

Led Kalamazoo to MIAA indoor and outdoor track titles in 1935, 1936, and 1937. Served as team captain an unprecedented two times. In 1937, he set records of: 24.1 seconds in the 220-yard low hurdles that was never bettered.
