ANGOLA, Ind. – The Kalamazoo College men's indoor track and field team finished seventh at the MIAA Indoor Track and Field Championships Presented by Collegiate Credit Union with 27 points.
Saturday Results
Mason Jett finished second in the 800m at 1:58.39. Ethan Romey finished seventh in the shot put with a throw of 13.44m.
The 4x400 relay team of Jeremy Salomon, Connor Brown, Bram Derksen and Jett finished seventh at 3:41.62.
Friday Results
Jack Schneider became the program's first MIAA Champion since reinstatement this season by winning the 5k at 14:58.93.
The distance medley relay team of Carson Cook, Derksen, Jett and Drew Abbott finished fourth at 10:40.10.
The NCAA-III indoor track and field championships will be March 13-14 at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala. Kalamazoo men's track and field will begin outdoor season at the Emory Spring Break Classic in Atlanta, Ga. March 20-21.
