GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving team finished third out of six teams at the MIAA Winter Invite hosted by Calvin on Saturday.
Kalamazoo scored 218 points, 36 ahead of Alma in fourth place. The Hornets trailed Calvin (934) and Hope (606).
Zander Ligman finished first in the 1-meter (284.20) and 3-meter (312.10) diving events.Â
Troy Richard was second on the 1-meter (277.80) and fourth on the 3-meter (238.65).
Ethan Hurford was fourth on the 1-meter (244.85) and fifth on the 3-meter (227.30).
Reed Dixon finished fifth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:26.41. Zachary Heikka was eighth in the 200 Backstroke (2:04.05).
Kalamazoo celebrates Senior Day at its final home meet of the season against Alma next Saturday, Jan. 31, at 1 p.m.
