KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving team fell to Aquinas,169-71 in a non-conference meet Saturday afternoon at the Natatorium.
 
Top Finishers for the Hornets:
 
200 yard Freestyle: Daniel Koselka finished first for the Hornets with a time of 1:48.92.
 
200 yard Butterfly: Alden Ehrhardt took home a first place finish with a time of 2:04.55.
 
100 yard Freestyle: Daniel Koselka finished second with a time 49.63.
 
200 yard Backstroke: Zachary Heikka swam to a second place finish and a time of 2:02.77.
 
400 yard IM: Reed Dixon finished second with a time of 4:33.32 and Fuzail Ahmed followed with a third place finish and a time of 4:45.90.
 
Zander Ligman took home second place in both the 1M Diving (258.80) and the 3M boards and a score of 273.05.
 
200 yard Freestyle Relay team of Daniel Koselka, Zachary Heikka, Zach Butters, and Avery Jones swam to a second-place finish with a time of 1:30.58.
 
Third-place finishers for the Hornets included: Erik Danielson (200 Breaststroke), Zach Butters (50 Freestyle), Avery Jones (1000 Freestyle) and the 200 Medley Relay team of: Ahmed, Danielson, Ehrhardt, and Reed.
 
Kalamazoo is co-hosting the West Michigan Invite next week; day 1 of action starts on Friday, Nov. 1 at 5:30 p.m. hosted by Hope.
