GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's swimming and diving team defeated Albion 132-92 and fell to Calvin 194-45 in an Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) Tri-Meet on Friday, Oct. 25 at Calvin.
 
Zander Ligman secured a first place finish in the 3M Diving with a score of 279.35 and a second place finish in the 1M Diving with a score of 271.30.
 
Zachary Heikka swam to a third place finish in the 100 yard back with a time of 54.87.
 
Kalamazoo secured several fifth place finishes including:

• Ethan DeNeen in the 1000 yard freestyle (11:23.85)
• Avery Jones in the 200 yard freestyle (1:50.45) and in the 500 yard freestyle (5:14.22)
• Daniel Koselka in the 100 yard freestyle (49.82)

The Hornets hosts Aquinas tomorrow, Oct. 26 at 1 p.m.
