KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team defeated Augustana College 8-1 Sunday afternoon inside the Markin Center.

Kalamazoo swept the three doubles points before winning five of the six singles matches.

Gabe Vidinas/Peter Fitzgerald won 8-5 at one doubles. Adnan Alousi/Casey Johnson won 8-4 at two. Parker Foster/Louis Landreau won 8-3 at three.

Johnson rolled to a 6-0, 6-0 win at four singles before Fitzgerald clinched the team win with a 6-3, 6-0 win at two singles.

Landreau won 6-2, 6-1 at five singles.

Vidinas won 6-3, 6-7(5), 10-7 at one singles. Alousi won 4-6, 6-1, 6-2 at three singles.

Kalamazoo is back in action next Saturday, March 4, at Denison.
