KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team defeated Calvin 9-0 in the Hornets' MIAA opener Wednesday at Stowe Stadium.

Kalamazoo won all three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.

Doubles winners were Ian Yi/Daniel Henry (1), Zack Ray/Tytus Metzler (2), and Casey Johnson/Allen Vinson (3).

Yi did not lose a set at one singles winning 6-0, 6-0.

Henry (2), Metzler (3), and Johnson (5) each lost just one set.

Alex Cadigan (4) and Ray (6) won in straight sets.

Kalamazoo returns to action Saturday, April 6 at Trine.
