KALAMAZOO, Mich. The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team made short work of Olivet on Thursday afternoon, defeating the visiting Comets 9-0.

The Hornets took one and three doubles 8-0 and wrapped up two doubles 8-2 to take a 3-0 lead into the singles portion of the match.

K won each singles match in straight sets with freshman Tytus Metzler winning 6-1, 6-2 at one and Ricardo DelOlmo-Parrado winning in dominant fashion 6-0, 6-0 at four.

Elan Dantus and Alex Cadigan were 6-0, 6-1 winners at three and five, respectively.

The Hornets will continue conference play at home on Saturday, April 7th at 2 p.m. against Alma as the second half of a doubleheader with the women's tennis team.
