The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team defeated Hope College 8-1 inside the Markin Center on Tuesday.
The Hornets got off to a good start by winning all three doubles matches. Kalamazoo then clinched the team victory with wins at No. 2 and 3 singles.
Stephen Hanselman and Peter Rothstein won 8-6 at No. 1 doubles.
Hanselman won 7-5, 6-1 at No. 2 singles. Mike Korn clinched the win at No. 3 singles, 6-3, 6-1.
Kalamazoo returns to action with a pair of non-conference matches at Kenyon College on Saturday, April 13.
