JOLIET, Ill. – The Kalamazoo College men's and women's outdoor track and field team sent runners to the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite Friday.
The King twins both ran as half of the squad that went. Ava King set a new personal best and NCAA-III #20 time in the 1500m at 4:30.84. Sam King ran the 5000m in 16:09.27.
Maddie Hanulcik ran a 4:59.18 in the 1500m, a new PR. Allison Mayer finished the 5000m in 18:47.69, a season best.
Kalamazoo men's and women's track and field completed their first season this year after a 40+ year hiatus. The Hornets will return much of their young rosters next season as the programs look to build off their successes in 2026.
