CLERMONT, Fla. – The Kalamazoo College softball team was defeated by UW-Whitewater and Buffalo State on Saturday at Legends Way.
Game 1 - UW-Whitewater 12, Kalamazoo 0
After a scoreless first inning, UW-Whitewater scored 12 runs over the next four innings to defeat Kalamazoo 12-0.
Ella Neumann's double in the second inning was the only hit for the Hornets in the game.
Game 2 – Buffalo State 9, Kalamazoo 1
Buffalo State led 1-0 after the second and 5-0 after the third. Kalamazoo scored a run in the top of the fourth, but Buffalo State added four in the bottom half to go up 9-1.
