Zander Ligman was selected as the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) Men's Hornet of the Week on Tuesday.

A sophomore diver from Kalamazoo, Mich. (Loy Norrix), Ligman won both the 1-meter dive, with a score of 274.58, and the 3-meter dive, with a score of 308.10, at the Michigan-Illinois Quad Meet hosted by Kalamazoo College this past weekend.

Ligman, an All-MIAA performer last season who finished second at MIAA Championships in the 1-meter dive at 453.15, is also a four-time MIAA Diver of the Week (10/15/24, 11/4/24, 1/27/25, 10/27/25). His 3-meter dive score (308.10) was a new personal best mark for the season.

Kalamazoo swimming and diving is back in action Saturday at 11:30 a.m. for the MIAA Winter Invite hosted by Calvin University.
