KENOSHA, Wis. - The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team played Concordia University (WI) to a scoreless draw Sunday at Carthage.
Kalamazoo outshot Concordia 10-5 in the first half and 13-5 in the second half (23-10) overall. The Hornets held an 8-6 advantage in shots on goal.
Kalamazoo also had 12 corner kick opportunities to Concordia's six.
Simmy Magnan made six saves in goal for the shutout in her collegiate debut.
Kalamazoo (3-0-1) returns to action Tuesday, Sept. 9, at Augustana (IL).
