CHICAGO, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team was defeated in three sets at North Park University on Friday, 25-22, 25-14, 25-18.
Kalamazoo fell to 4-4 on the season while the host Vikings improved to 7-2.
Savannah Chapie led Kalamazoo with seven kills.
Taylor Stephens followed with five kills.
Brittany Miller had four kills with eight digs.
Mya Parks and
Scarlett Hosner each had three kills.
Bella Lewis led the team with 14 assists.
Makala Goddard had 12 assists.
Ashley Zollman had a team-high 10 digs.
Rachel Meston tallied eight.
Kalamazoo returns to action Saturday morning at North Park with matches against Franklin College at 9 a.m. CT and Illinois College at 2 p.m. CT.
