Jaelyn Horn were honored before the game.
The visiting Knights jumped out to an early lead and led 38-20 at halftime.
Calvin shot 43.8 percent overall while limiting the Hornets to 26.3 percent. Calvin made 6-of-21 three-pointers compared to 4-of-16 by Kalamazoo. The Hornets made 17-of-28 free throws compared to 15-of-20 by Calvin.
Calvin held a 45-37 advantage in rebounds.
Ruby Hogan led Kalamazoo with 20 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Taylor Dinda finished with 13 points while sinking 4-of-6 three-pointers.
Lewie Wilks scored six points.
Alyse Baughman finished with five points and five rebounds.
Lauren Vanderstelt scored five points with six rebounds. With four blocked shots today, Vanderstelt increased her season total to 66, breaking the previous school record of 63 held by Mya Gough (2019-20).
Kalamazoo returns to action next Wednesday, Feb. 19, at Alma.
