RICHLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's golf team finished seventh at an MIAA Jamboree at Gull Lake Country Club on Monday.

Kalamazoo shot 329 overall, one stroke behind Hope in sixth and two strokes out of a tie for fourth. Saint Mary's won the event with a 312.

Ellie Britt led the Hornets and tied for eighth overall with a 79.

Jacey Merkle (81), Nadia Zerlaut (82) and Gabrielle Sluss (87) rounded out the top four for Kalamazoo.

The Hornets return to action at the final MIAA Jamboree of the fall on Saturday, Oct. 11, at Pine River (hosted by Alma).
