OLIVET, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College volleyball team was defeated in four sets at Olivet on Saturday. Kalamazoo won the first set 25-22 before falling 25-22, 25-15, 25-22.
Olivet hit .133 in the match compared to .108 by Kalamazoo.
Tatum Casper led the Hornets with 12 kills and four block assists.
Mya Parks finished with seven kills.
Brittany Miller had six kills with 10 digs.
Taylor Stephens had five kills.
Savannah Chapie also had five kills with five block assists.
Makala Goddard led the team with 19 assists.
Bella Lewis finished with 18 assists and 15 digs.
Rachel Meston had a team-high 28 digs.
Kalamazoo returns home to face Alma on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 7 p.m.
