Women's Soccer Defeated at Baldwin Wallace

BEREA, Ohio - The Kalamazoo College women's soccer team was defeated 2-0 at Baldwin Wallace University on Sunday afternoon.

The host Yellow Jackets (4-1) scored first in the 24th minute, followed by a second goal just 25 seconds before halftime.

Kalamazoo outshot Baldwin Wallace 15-14 overall in the contest, although Baldwin Wallace held an 8-7 edge in shots on goal.

Jess Forbis was credited with six saves in goal for the Hornets.

Kalamazoo is back in action on Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Ohio Wesleyan University.
