KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team won its MIAA opener 9-0 over Albion College inside the Markin Center on Saturday.

Kalamazoo won all three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.

Juliana Pullen/Maddie Hurley won 8-0 at one doubles. Ivy Walker/Olivia Wolfe won 8-4 at two. Eleni Bougioukou/Molly Stevison won 8-0 at three.

In singles, Pullen won 6-2, 6-0 at one. Hurley won 6-0, 6-1 at two. Bougioukou won 6-1, 6-2 at three. Walker won 6-0, 6-3 at four. Stevison won 6-3, 6-0 at five. Wolfe won 6-4, 6-2 at six.

Kalamazoo (5-3, 1-0 MIAA) returns to action next Friday, March 22, against Union (N.Y.) in a match at the USTA National Campus in Orlando. Fla.
