HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team was defeated 4-1 in an MIAA Tournament semifinal match at Hope College on Thursday.
Hope won two doubles matches to earn the doubles point before winning three singles matches to clinch the win and advance to the MIAA Tournament championship. Kalamazoo won one singles match before the match was decided.

Addison Lyons were tied 4-4 at one doubles when the match was abandoned because Hope had clinched the doubles point.
Kalamazoo finishes the season 13-7 overall after tying for second place in the MIAA with a 6-2 league record.
