NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team fell to Manchester 90-85 on Saturday, Nov. 23
rd. The Hornets are now 3-1 on the season.
Kalamazoo shot 50.8% from the field and 31.8% from three. Manchester shot 46.2% from the field and 40.6% from three. The Hornets outrebounded Manchester 45-24 including 12-4 in offensive rebounds.
Kalamazoo had five players in double-digit scoring.
Lukas Broadsword led the Hornets in scoring with 19 points on 9-11 shooting and 1-4 shooting from the line. Broadsword tailed in 10 rebounds, recording his first double-double of the season.
Patrick Perez notched 17 points on 8-16 shooting, leading Kalamazoo with 12 rebounds and his third double-double of the season.
DJ Courtney added 15 points with four rebounds,
Bradley Eziuka 11 points and
Carter Bandemer 10 points with six rebounds.
Kalamazoo will be back in action on Wednesday, Dec. 4
th at 4 p.m. when they take on Case Western Reserve at Anderson Athletic Center.
