NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team was defeated in three sets at North Central College Friday night, 25-10, 25-17, 25-11.
The host Cardinals (15-5) hit .330 in the match compared to .033 by the Hornets.
Savannah Chapie led the Hornets offensively with five kills and a.357 hitting percentage.
Brittany Miller had five kills with nine digs.
Ava Bechler had five kills and a .800 hitting percentage.
Jana Molby led Kalamazoo with 10 assists and 12 digs.
Emerson Arensman had eight assists.
Kalamazoo returns home to face Hope College on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m.
