KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team won 9-0 today on the road against Adrian. 

The Hornets won all three of their doubles matches before going on to win five of six singles matches in straight sets. 

The team of Helen Pelak/Sophie Zhuang won 8-2 at No. 1 doubles. Caroline Norton/Renee Torres won 8-2 at No 2, and Maddie Hurley/Meghan Killmaster picked up an 8-1 victory at No. 3. 

Norton at No. 1 singes lost just one game in a 6-2, 6-0 win. Pelak won 4-6, 7-6, 10-8 at No. 2 singles. Zhuang's win at No. 3 brings her to an undefeated 6-0 on the season in singles play. Torres (4), Ella Knight (5) and Hurley (6) all won in straight sets. 

Kalamazoo (6-1) is scheduled to host Saint Mary's on Saturday, April 17 at 1 p.m.
