KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team made short work of the visitors from Alma on Sunday afternoon with a 9-0 victory.

The Hornets started off strong in doubles winning 8-1 at one, 8-0 at two, and 8-3 at three to take a 3-0 lead into singles play.

Kalamazoo then proceeded to sweep the singles, winning each match in straight sets. Maddy Winarski and Helen Pelak were 6-0, 6-0 winners at two and three, respectively. Alex Oswalt and Maya Srkalovic were similarly strong performers at four and six singles, both winning 6-1, 6-0.

Kalamazoo will finish off the season with a pair of home matches, the first of which being on Wednesday, April 25th against Calvin at 4 p.m.
