KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team won its MIAA opener 9-0 over Olivet at home on Sunday. The Hornets won all three doubles matches before winning all six singles matches in straight sets.

Maria Franco and Sabrina Dass won 8-3 at one doubles while Franco and Dass earned victories at one and two singles, respectively.

Laura Hanselman and Eloise Germic won 8-0 at two doubles while also winning at three and four singles, respectively.

Alexandria Oswalt and Sonal Bahl won 8-0 at three doubles. Oswalt won 6-0, 6-0 at six singles. 

Siania Johnson won 6-0, 6-0 at five singles.

Kalamazoo returns to action with a home match against Hope on Tuesday, April 4 at 4 p.m.
