KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team lost 9-0 to Denison University in the Markin Center Sunday.

Denison took a 3-0 lead after winning all three doubles matches, including wins by tiebreaker at one and two. Maria Franco and Sabrina Dass were edged 9-8(1) at one while Laura Hanselman and Eloise Germic fell 9-8(3) at two.

In the closest singles match, Hanselman fell 6-4, 3-6, 10-7 at three.

Kalamazoo is off until March 21 when the team begins play in Orlando during spring break.
