ALMA, Mich. – After being scheduled to play yesterday at Alma and postponing the match due to weather, the Kalamazoo College women's tennis team got the job done this afternoon against the Scots, winning 9-0.

Kalamazoo set the tone right away as Sabrina Dass and Sarah Woods won 8-1 at one doubles, Maria Franco and Sonal Bahl won 8-2 at two doubles and Eloise Germic and Alexandria Oswalt won 8-2 at three doubles.

Woods (6-2, 6-3), Dass (6-1, 6-0), Franco (6-0, 6-0) and Bahl (6-0, 6-0) all went 2-0 on the day recording wins at one, two, three and six singles, respectively.

Also recording wins for K on the day were Siani Johnson and Katie Clark.

Johnson won 6-3, 6-0 at four singles while Clark won 6-4, 6-3 at five singles.

The Hornets, now 2-0 in the MIAA, will head back home for a non-conference match up with Wheaton on April 16.
