ADRIAN, MI - The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team beat Adrian 8-1 on the road on Sunday afternoon. This moves the women to 11-6 overall this season.

Kalamazoo came out and only dropped one game in doubles. Sarah Woods and Sabrina Dass along with Cheryl Zhang and Carrie Foura both swept their No.1 and No.2 doubles matches. Katie Clark and Kristen Ellefson dropped one game, winning their doubles match 8-1.

Then in singles Sarah Woods and Maria Franco both swept their No.1 and No.2 matches. Sabrina Dass then won 6-2, 6-0, and Olivia Bouchard won 6-1 6-3. Siani Johnson won No.5 singles 6-3, 6-0, to record the eighth point for the Hornets.

The women's next match is Tuesday, Apr. 14 on the road against Calvin.
