The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team lost to Hope, 6-3, in the Markin Center on Tuesday.

Hope took a 2-1 lead after wins at No. 2 and 3 doubles. Kalamazoo's Sarah Woods and Olivia Bouchard won 8-6 at No. 1 doubles.

The Flying Dutch clinched the match with wins at No. 2, 3, and 4 singles. Hope also won at No. 6 singles.

Sarah Woods also won 6-4, 6-2 at No. 1 singles for Kalamazoo. Olivia Bouchard won 6-3, 6-4 at No. 5 singles.

The Hornets are scheduled to return to action on Friday with a match against Oberlin College at Hope.
