Tori Hoffman

Tori Hoffman joined the Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2025 season.

Hoffman’s lacrosse journey began at the local level, where she played at Mattawan High School before continuing her athletic career at Hope College, a NCAA Division III school located in Michigan. During her time at Hope, she made an impact on the team by contributing to two seasons of undefeated MIAA conference play, and won the MIAA tournament two times. Additionally, Hoffman had two NCAA appearances, further showcasing her talent and commitment to the sport.

Beyond her accomplishments on the field, Hoffman has always been deeply involved in coaching. In her freshman year, she began her coaching journey as an assistant coach for Pure Advantage Lacrosse, where she worked closely with younger players to develop their skills and love for the game. She also spent summers coaching for Xcelerate Nike Lacrosse Camps, where she had the opportunity to work with players of all skill and age levels. 

Hoffman earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Hope College. She also pursued a minor in Leadership. Through her coursework and extracurricular activities, she gained a deep understanding of the principles of effective communication and leadership, skills that she has since applied to her coaching career and personal development.
