Ian Burr joined the Kalamazoo College football coaching staff in August 2025.
Burr was a kicker and punter for the Hornets from 2020-23. He was named MIAA Special Teams Player of the Week five times and twice earned MIAA Academic Honor Roll honors.
Burr scored a career-high 11 points in a game at Alfred in 2022. He connected on five PAT's in a game at Defiance and made three field goals in a game multiple times. His longest field goal was from 49 yards at Olivet in 2023. Burr's longest punt went for 69 yards at Hope in 2021.
Burr's 21 career field goals ranks fourth in program history. His nine field goals in 2023 is tied for fourth-most in a season.
Burr graduated from Kalamazoo College in 2024 with a degree in business.
