Kalamazoo College

Andrew Puckett '23 joined the Kalamazoo College coaching staff during the summer of 2023. After assisting the defensive line in 2023, he is coaching the outside linebackers as a graduate assistant in 2024.

Coach Puckett played football at K from 2019-22. Playing as a defensive lineman, he saw most of his playing time during his senior season when he finished with 19 tackles, three tackles for loss, and two sacks. Puckett was also a captain in his final season and earned the Kalamazoo College Male Comeback Athlete of the Year after being injured early in his junior campaign. He was member of the 2021 team that achieved the first ever MIAA Team GPA award and was on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll in 2022. 

After graduating with a psychology degree from Kalamazoo, Coach Puckett currently resides in Kalamazoo with his fiance, Allison Schmidt..
