Kalamazoo College's Pierson Curry was named MIAA Men's Golfer of the Week Tuesday (Sept. 8).

A freshman from South Lyon, Mich. (South Lyon), Curry won medalist honors with the best overall score at the Lou Collins Memorial Tournament Sept. 2-3, shooting a 76-71 for a combined 147 (+3).

Overall, the Hornets finished third out of 16 teams in the tournament with a score of 614 (312-302).

Kalamazoo men's golf returns to the course for the Irish Hills Invitational hosted by Adrian at Tecumseh Golf Club this Friday-Saturday.
