MARSHALL, Mich. – The Kalamazoo College women's golf team finished fourth out of 12 teams at the Kyle Campbell Memorial Tournament hosted by Olivet at The Medalist Friday and Saturday.

Kalamazoo shot 316 on Friday and 317 on Saturday for a combined 633. The Hornets were one point out of third place, five out of second, and just six out of first.

Gabrielle Sluss tied for third overall with a total score of 154 (76-78).

Jacey Merkle tied for sixth at 156 (80-76), Jillian Smith tied for eighth at 157 (78-79), and Kate Posey Tied for 24^th at 166 (82-84).

Kalamazoo opens conference play at an MIAA Jamboree hosted by Albion on Monday, Sept. 14, at Marshall Country Club.
