GRANVILLE, Ohio– The Kalamazoo College baseball team fell, 16-1, in its opening game of the NCAA III Regionals to SUNY Cortland Friday at Denison University.
Cortland never let off the gas, scoring in each of the first seven innings to take a commanding 16-0 lead.
The Hornets had runners on in every inning outside of the third, but could not score until the ninth inning when Cade Preissing singled home Jack Friesen.
