Kalamazoo College's Juliana Pullen was named MIAA Women's Tennis Player of the Week Monday (Feb. 23).
A junior from Ann Arbor, Mich. (Pioneer), Pullen went 2-0 in both singles and doubles on the weekend for Kalamazoo women's tennis in matches at Ohio Northern and Oberlin.
At one doubles with Addison Lyons, Pullen won 5-2 on Saturday and 6-1 on Sunday. In singles play, she won 7-5, 2-3 (retired) Saturday at Ohio Northern and won 6-2, 6-1 Sunday at Oberlin, both at one singles.
Pullen, a two-time First Team All-MIAA selection (2024, 2025), picked up her fourth career MIAA Player of the Week award (2/12/24, 4/8/24, 3/24/25) and first of the season.
Kalamazoo women's tennis plays at Wheaton Saturday at 4 p.m. (3 p.m. CT) before returning home to face Denison Sunday at 10 a.m. at Markin Tennis Center.
