KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's tennis team was defeated 5-2 by No. 35 North Central College inside the Markin Tennis Center Saturday afternoon.
The visiting Cardinals won at one and three doubles to win the doubles point.
Adnan Alousi and
Derek Blackwell won 6-1 at two doubles.
Cameron Crosby won 6-4, 6-2 at three singles followed by
Derek Blackwell's 2-6, 6-1, 6-4 win at four singles to even the match score at 2-2. North Central won the final three matches including a three-set win at one singles and a super tie-break win at six.
The Hornets return to action Feb. 14 at Ohio Northern University followed by a trip to Kenyon College on Feb. 15.
