KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's soccer team played Ohio Northern University to a 2-2 draw at MacKenzie Field Wednesday night.

The visiting Polar Bears scored the game's first goal in the 21st minute. Tony Yazbeck scored to tie it in the 28th minute (Travis Barclay assist).

The Hornets pulled ahead in the 63rd minute on a goal by Alex Wallace (Chad Ewing assist). Ohio Northern tied it up with just under five minutes left in regulation to send it to overtime.

Neither team scored in the 20 minutes of overtime.

Ohio Northern held a 25-20 advantage in shots, although the Hornets had an 8-6 edge in shots on goal.

Kalamazoo is scheduled to open MIAA play at Albion next Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m.
