SANDUSKY, Ohio - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost a pair of matches at the MIAA-HCAC Crossover on Saturday. The Hornets lost in three sets to Allegheny and Oberlin.

Allegheny d. Kalamazoo 25-16, 25-22, 25-19

Halley Johnson and Ann Lawrence each had nine kills to lead the Hornets offensively. Jacky LaFollette added seven kills.

Rorie Doughery recorded 20 assist while Lizzy Rachield led the team with 11 digs.

Oberlin d. Kalamazoo 25-12, 25-16, 25-17

Ann Lawrence led the Hornets with five kills while Tess bowen had four.

Molly Horton had six assist while Lizzy Rachiele had 13 digs. MacKenzy Maddock was in on five blocks.
