KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost in four sets at home to Olivet College in MIAA play Wednesday night.

Kalamazoo won the first set 25-23 before Olivet won the next three sets 25-19, 25-17, 25-21.

Olivet hit .155 in the match compared to .107 by Kalamazoo.

Ashley Rill led the Hornets with 14 kills and 17 digs.

Ann Lawrence had nine kills while Rorie Dougherty added eight kills with 13 assists.

Kayla Ridenour had 15 assists with 12 digs.

Lizzy Rachiele led the team with 20 digs while McKenna Hepler added 10.

The Hornets return to action at Calvin on Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
